Retail Sales Associate – Margaritaville Beach Resort

Nestled in the heart of Southwest Florida’s vibrant landscape, Margaritaville Fort Myers Beach, under the proud operation and ownership of TPI Hospitality, offers not just a job but an opportunity for unparalleled personal and professional growth.

“Live Life Like a Song” Margaritaville’s retail outlet, located in the hotel’s beautiful lobby. As a Retail Associate, you would be greeting guests, helping find the perfect souvenirs and essentials, all while maintaining high retail standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide top-notch customer service, engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and offering personalized product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Inform customers about promotional products and services, highlighting special offers and discounts to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Foster positive working relationships with fellow associates, promoting teamwork and collaboration to achieve common goals.
• Maintain the store's appearance according to visual merchandising standards, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and attractive displays to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Efficiently and accurately process customer transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure smooth and secure transactions.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment, including adherence to cash handling and loss prevention standards to safeguard company assets.
• Seek opportunities for continuous improvement in sales techniques and customer service skills.
• Collaborate with team members and resolve issues effectively, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
• Adapt to changing business needs and customer demands, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in response to evolving situations.
• Uphold professionalism in all interactions with customers and colleagues, representing the company's brand values at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent customer service skills and an ability to communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated selling experience in a service-oriented retail setting.
• Demonstrated ability to promote products, influence customers, and work with a team in a fast service environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
