Position Overview

Are you a seasoned commercial HVAC professional with a strong book of business and deep industry relationships? This is your opportunity to take on a Sales Executive / Director role based in Bradenton, FL with a rapidly expanding, multi-division construction and engineering group. With a corporate culture that values autonomy, performance, and strategic thinking, this is the perfect fit for someone who can bring in commercial HVAC work and wants the freedom to run operations and sales with minimal corporate red tape.

The company operates major projects with brands like Walmart and is looking for a driven leader to take HVAC business development to the next level.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial HVAC sales and operations, with a strong network and industry reputation
  • Ability to bring a substantial book of business (commercial contracts, national accounts, etc.)
  • Proven track record of growing revenue through subcontractor management and strategic partnerships
  • Oversight of commercial HVAC sales, operations, and project delivery across regional markets
  • Comfortable working in a flexible, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented environment
  • Experience subcontracting work to smaller crews while maintaining project quality and deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives and clients, representing the company’s capabilities with professionalism
  • Strong understanding of full construction lifecycle – sales through project closeout

Salary: $100,000 – $300,000+ per year, commensurate with experience and book of business.
