Join our team as a Sales Coordinator! In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales team by managing daily operations and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal departments. Your efforts will help drive sales success and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate sales activities and assist the sales team in achieving targets.
  • Manage client communications and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and process sales documentation, quotes, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Maintain sales databases and track performance metrics.
  • Support the planning and execution of sales events and presentations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales support or coordination roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
