Sales Enablement Coordinator (High-Impact Role)

Full-time | $23–$28/hour plus performance bonuses
Why This Role ExistsThis is not a standard administrative position. We are hiring a Sales Enablement Coordinator to serve as the operational engine behind a high‑performing national sales team. The purpose of this role is to remove friction, increase speed, and ensure that sales execution moves without delay. If you are highly organized, proactive, and energized by making teams more effective, this role will fit you well.
WhatYou Will Own
- You will be central to keeping sales activity moving efficiently and accurately.
- Drive fast and accurate follow up on proposals and customer requests.
- Ensure inbound sales inquiries are handled quickly and routed correctly.
- Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline visibility, and clean sales data.
- Coordinate demos, meetings, and trade show logistics.
- Support sales reporting and performance tracking.
- Help create and organize presentations and customer facing materials.
- Coordinate across Sales, Operations, Support, and Accounting to keep deals moving.
- Identify breakdowns in process and help resolve them quickly.
- Someone who takes initiative and ownership, not one who waits for instructions.
- Thinks ahead and anticipates what the sales team needs.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Moves quickly while maintaining accuracy.
- Communicates clearly and professionally.
- Able to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Takes ownership without constant direction.
- Experience in sales support, operations, customer success, or inside sales is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.
- Sales team feels fully supported and unblocked.
- No delays in follow ups, proposals, or customer communication.
- CRM is accurate, clean, and trusted by leadership.
- Meetings, demos, and logistics run smoothly.
- Leadership spends less time on administration and more time on growth.
$23–$28/hour depending on experience
