Sales Enablement Coordinator (High-Impact Role)

Tallahassee, FL (On-site)

Full-time | $23–$28/hour plus performance bonuses

Why This Role Exists

This is not a standard administrative position. We are hiring a Sales Enablement Coordinator to serve as the operational engine behind a high‑performing national sales team. The purpose of this role is to remove friction, increase speed, and ensure that sales execution moves without delay. If you are highly organized, proactive, and energized by making teams more effective, this role will fit you well.

What

You Will Own
  • You will be central to keeping sales activity moving efficiently and accurately.
  • Drive fast and accurate follow up on proposals and customer requests.
  • Ensure inbound sales inquiries are handled quickly and routed correctly.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline visibility, and clean sales data.
  • Coordinate demos, meetings, and trade show logistics.
  • Support sales reporting and performance tracking.
  • Help create and organize presentations and customer facing materials.
  • Coordinate across Sales, Operations, Support, and Accounting to keep deals moving.
  • Identify breakdowns in process and help resolve them quickly.

Compensation

$23–$28/hour depending on experience

Full-time on-site role in Tallahassee Florida
