Fence Sales Consultant

If so, then Superior Fence & Rail has the opportunity for you. We are currently seeking Fence Sales Consultants to join our team who will have the following responsibilities:
- Learn and adopt Superior Fence & Rail's structured selling process and complete required training
- Present and sell the features and benefits of Superior Fence & Rail products
- Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up
- Set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals
This is a 100% commission opportunity in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual Sales Consultant. Average compensation of $60K to $100K per year. Vehicle provided after 90 days. Medical, Vision, Dental, Retirement benefits. A base salary and commission is offered during the training period.

Territory:
Martin County and South St. Lucie County
Minimum Requirements:
- Sales Representatives work some weekends and evenings
- Pass background investigation (no felony convictions)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidates should be polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic, exceptional listening skills, honesty, integrity, and a desire for high commission
- Strong presentation skills
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with the Internet
