Sales Representative, Business Development

This role is part of the Outside Sales team and focuses on providing customers with solutions to their work apparel needs. You will offer weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement and company branding services that help teams across every industry look professional and be prepared for the workday. You will support our customers through the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and will apply the skills learned in the Cintas Sales Training Program.
Responsibilities- Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your assigned territory.
- Utilize the CRM to identify, prospect, and close new business.
- Consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
- Provide product demonstrations, negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close deals.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- High School diploma or GED (required).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and contact management systems.
- Valid communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Prior sales experience, preferably 1+ year in a B2B role (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
