Inside Sales Representative Sales Tallahassee, FL

Auto Data Direct, Inc. (ADD), a division of Reynolds and Reynolds that provides fast, accurate, real-time access to motor vehicle records, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The Inside Sales Representative will handle the sales cycle from the initial call to closing the deal, work with new and existing customers, build and maintain relationships, resolve customer issues, and create own prospects to drive revenue.

The role includes opportunities for in-person client visits within the Florida territory and trade shows across the country on an as-needed basis.

• Cold Call Prospecting
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers
• Product demonstrations
• Account training
• Account sign-ups and account upselling opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Other administrative and related functions as required

On-the-job training.

• Associate's degree or higher preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace
• Must be a self-starter with good time management skills
• Skilled at building strong customer relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written) preferred
