Immediate Opening HVAC Salesperson – Commercial, Residential & High-End Builders

, is seeking an experienced HVAC Salesperson to join our Sarasota team.
This role focuses on growing sales across commercial, residential, and high‑end custom builder markets throughout Sarasota, Bradenton, and Tampa (territory:
Venice to Tampa
).
- Generate new business and manage existing client relationships
- Sell HVAC solutions to homeowners, builders, developers, general contractors, architects, and property managers
- Conduct site visits, assess needs, and recommend system solutions
- Prepare and present estimates, bids, and proposals (including plan/spec review)
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and installation teams
- Negotiate pricing and close profitable deals
- Track leads, pipeline, and sales activity in CRM systems
- Support projects from pre‑sale through completion to ensure customer satisfaction
- 5+ years of HVAC sales experience (commercial and/or residential)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and energy‑efficient solutions
- Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and close deals
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
- Experience with high‑end or custom home builders
- Commercial HVAC knowledge
- Estimating software or CRM experience
- HVAC certifications or technical training
