Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route to service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced indoor/outdoor position where partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

• You are the face of Cintas to customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Required:

• Active driver's license
• At least 21 years of age
• DOT medical certification
• Documentation of previous employment

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• High School diploma, GED, or Military Service
• Strong customer service orientation
• Self‑motivation and drive to work in a teamwork environment
• Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit
