Description: Monogram Cabinetry is seeking a motivated and personable Cabinetry Sales Consultant to join our Sarasota showroom team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, has a passion for interior design, and excels at building relationships and closing sales. This position is Flexible to fit the candidate's schedule.

• Assist clients in our Sarasota showroom.
• Guide customers through our portfolio of 10+ cabinetry lines and product offerings.
• Develop cabinetry solutions tailored to clients' needs, style preferences, and budgets.
• Maintain a strong understanding of cabinetry products, finishes, accessories, and current design trends.
• Collaborate with homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors to ensure a seamless client experience.

• Sales experience required; cabinetry, kitchen, bath, or interior design sales experience preferred.
• Cabinetry design background is highly desirable, but not necessary.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Passion for design and helping clients create beautiful, functional spaces.
