We want someone who can help us grow our business by connecting with potential customers over the phone. • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services.
• Generate new sales leads and set appointments for our sales and service teams.
• Follow a prepared script, adapting it to the specific needs of each customer.
• Engage with customers to understand their HVAC needs and effectively explain how our services can benefit them.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment‑setting targets.
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.

• Proven experience:
  
  prior experience in an outbound appointment‑setting environment is preferred.
• Communication skills: excellent verbal communication skills, including a clear and confident speaking voice.
• Interpersonal skills: strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Resilience: motivation, persistence, and resilience when handling customer objections.
• Work ethic: ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
