Cardiovascular Specialist, Health and Science Professional - Tallahassee, FL

Cardiovascular (CARD) Health & Science Professional (HSP) responsible for increasing territory sales and developing relationships with assigned customers and accounts by engaging in product promotion and determining the best strategies to manage their business.

Responsible for driving sales in assigned territory, engaging customers both face-to-face and virtually, implementing business and territory call plans, building rapport, utilizing digital and virtual tools, leveraging internal reports and analytics for business opportunities, educating providers on product value proposition, collaborating across organization, and completing administrative expectations.

• Analyze internal reports and analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities
• Educate providers on product value propositions and patient resources in compliance with regulatory information
• Collaborate effectively and compliantly across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives
• Complete all administrative expectations on time and compliantly

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Professional Sales or Promotional Activity; or associate’s degree with 6+ years; or high school diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Professional sales, promotional activity, small business ownership, marketing, customer service, account management, or related experience
• Full‑time military experience
• Must live within 25 miles of the territory border
• Valid US driver’s license with compliant driving record (no DUI/DWI in past 7 years)

• 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales or related marketing
• Strong sales or marketing track record, territory management, communication, teamwork, leadership, and accountability
• Experience with applicable disease states, therapeutic area, and products
• Knowledge of territory customers and markets (prescribers/HCPs/institutions/organizations)
• Residence within territory boundaries

Geography: Greater Tallahassee, down to Perry, FL and up to Bainbridge and Thomasville, GA. Ideal candidate location is Tallahassee.

The annual base salary ranges from $76,000 to $199,600. During initial new‑hire sales training, you will be a salary non‑exempt employee entitled to overtime pay. Upon training certification, you will become an overtime exempt employee. An additional quarterly Sales Incentive bonus is available. Benefits include 401(k) with matching contributions, retirement savings contribution, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits (medical, prescription drug, dental, vision).

Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
