What does a Residential Home Salesperson do?As a Residential Home Salesperson, you’re the person families trust to help them buy or sell a home. You’ll represent buyers and sellers, guiding them from first conversation to closing day.
- Work with home buyers to identify the right properties and neighborhoods for their needs
- List and market residential properties to attract qualified buyers quickly
- Host showings, open houses, and walkthroughs that help buyers fall in love with a home
- Present and negotiate purchase offers to protect your clients’ interests
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and paperwork through to a successful closing
- Build lasting relationships that generate referrals and repeat home sale business
Requirements:
- Be 18 years or older
- Willing to obtain a Florida real estate salesperson license (we’ll guide you through every step)
- Complete Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty residential sales training — fully provided at no cost to you
