What does a Residential Home Salesperson do?

As a Residential Home Salesperson, you’re the person families trust to help them buy or sell a home. You’ll represent buyers and sellers, guiding them from first conversation to closing day.

  • Work with home buyers to identify the right properties and neighborhoods for their needs
  • List and market residential properties to attract qualified buyers quickly
  • Host showings, open houses, and walkthroughs that help buyers fall in love with a home
  • Present and negotiate purchase offers to protect your clients’ interests
  • Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and paperwork through to a successful closing
  • Build lasting relationships that generate referrals and repeat home sale business
What do you need to get started?

Requirements:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Willing to obtain a Florida real estate salesperson license (we’ll guide you through every step)
  • Complete Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty residential sales training — fully provided at no cost to you
