UKG is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive responsible for net-new logo sales within the S&D business segment. This is a true Hunter role.
About You- 5-7+ years proven success selling cloud/SaaS solutions to C level. HRMS/Payroll experience a strong plus.
- Consistently exceed a $2 Million+ quota.
- 3+ years selling complex deals over $800 K in ARR.
- Demonstrated experience building a territory and pipeline from scratch.
- Consistently execute a thoughtful, strategic sales process including internal business partners and executive engagement.
- Tenured management who are skilled at guiding highly successful sales personnel.
- Seasoned Application Consultant team to assist with proposals, RFPs, and demos.
- Expert Technical Sales Support.
- Highly reference‑able customer base with 96% customer retention with our hosted SaaS solution.
- Solid Sales Operations and Legal staff focused on helping process and close contracts quickly.

Pay Transparency:
The base salary for this position is $140,000 annually, with the opportunity to significantly increase total earnings through a performance‑based incentive compensation plan. The plan may provide for the payment of commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation. The base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and work location.
