Inside Sales Coordinator

Job Overview

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team at LKQ Corporation. The role focuses on generating revenue by promoting sales of new and existing company products, providing customer service, evaluating customer needs, and answering questions regarding parts, pricing, and services.

• Provide relevant information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Complete internal documents supporting any transaction (credits, invoices, work order, interchange, and returns).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Inform customers of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed.
• Advise customers on substitution or modification of a part when the requested part is not available.
• Process orders – perform order entry, review orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data (may dispatch orders in some locations).
• Follow‑up with customers as needed.
• Assume other duties as assigned.

Not responsible for supervising employees.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of related experience.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse frequently.

• College coursework or degree.
• Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.

• Basic oral communication of messages.
• Ability to write brief messages and maintain simple records.

The job is primarily sedentary and requires the ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse frequently.
