Sales Administrator
Job Title: Sales Assistant
Location: Sarasota, FL 34243 - On Site.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Contract: 3 months contract - Temp to hire possibility.
Qualifications:- 1-3 years of administrative, sales support, or related experience
- Previous SAP experience preferred
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and SAP
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
- Ability to maintain records, databases, and CRM systems
- Customer service and administrative support skills
- Provide daily administrative support to the sales support team
- Assist with cleaning up and correcting contracts in SAP
- Prepare quotes, contracts, and sales orders
- Maintain and update sales records, databases, and CRM systems
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other channels
- Process purchase orders and coordinate order fulfillment with internal teams
- Generate reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, demos, and follow-ups
- Provide accurate and updated information to support the sales team
- Perform filing, data entry, and document management tasks
- Communicate with internal departments to support sales activities
- Assist with sales events or promotional campaigns as needed
