Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
🕙 Last Saturday of each month: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
That Saturday shift supports peak client demand and earning potential.

• Take inbound calls from Medicare-eligible clients (warm leads provided)

• Build rapport quickly and create trust through confident conversations

• Learn client needs and recommend the best Medicare plan options

• Educate clients clearly and guide them through enrollment

• Follow up with interested clients and close enrollments

• Track activity and performance goals

Sales, customer service, or call center experience is a plus — but strong communication skills and motivation matter most.

✅ Must have an active Florida 2-15 insurance license
The Florida 2-15 license is required before hire and must be obtained at your own expense.

✅ Must pass a background check

After you’re licensed, we cover:

• AHIP certification

• Carrier contracting

• Purchased states

• Warm inbound leads (company-paid)

• Ongoing coaching and support

• Health insurance offered after 90 days

• 10 days PTO (combined sick + vacation) after 90 days

We hire for a monthly classroom training start date (one class per month). Qualified applicants will be scheduled for the next available training class.

Requirements

• Sales-driven with a passion for helping others
• Ability to understand and convey the benefits of various healthcare products
• Proven sales experience preferred but not required
• Active Health/Life License in Florida (02-15 license) required, or willingness to obtain

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 6 PM with 1-hour lunch break
