• Present and negotiate purchase offers to protect your clients’ interests
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and paperwork through to a successful closing
• Build lasting relationships that generate referrals and repeat home sale business

• Willing to obtain a Florida real estate salesperson license (we’ll guide you through every step)
• Complete Coldwell Banker Premier Properties residential sales training — fully provided at no cost to you
