Sales Administrator
We are looking for an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Administration to support our sales team and defense business operations. This is a hands-on role with variety — spanning order processing, customer communication, trade show participation, and market research. The ideal candidate is a multitasker who takes initiative and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Sales & Customer Support
- Prepare quotes and process customer orders from start to finish
- Pack and ship orders accurately and on time
- Provide customer support, including warranty follow-up and issue resolution
- Conduct proactive follow-ups with customers on quotes, open sales, and trade show leads
- Trade Show & Field Support
- Coordinate and participate in trade show setup and on-site support (Occasional travel required)
- Office & Administrative Support
- Maintain product flyers and other product sheets
- Handle general office tasks including filing and tax-exempt form processing
- Assist with shopping cart management and inventory counts
- Research & Market Support
- General market research
- Monitor and report on anti-counterfeit activity on eBay and Amazon
- Assist with social media content and engagement
3+ years of experience in sales support, operations, or administrative roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High degree of accuracy and precision in all work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; databases or e-commerce platform experience a plus
Willingness to travel for trade shows and field events
Self-starter who can manage competing priorities independently
Associate or bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
Must be a U.S. Person due to ITAR requirements.
