e‑Commerce Sales Associate

The e‑Commerce Sales Associate interacts with customers online, over the phone and in person, guiding vehicle purchases in a no-haggle sales environment. The role involves responding promptly to leads, answering questions, providing information, and guiding customers from initial contact to an in‑store experience while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Respond to leads in a timely fashion and guide customers from phone and internet contact to in‑store experience.
• Answer questions, provide vehicle information and negotiate terms to meet customer budgets and expectations.
• Close vehicle sales and provide an outstanding customer experience before and after purchase.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and transition them to the Service department to support the ownership experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Experience in sales, preferably retail, and a drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in technology and willingness to follow up with customers.
• Valid in‑state driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Commission-based compensation estimated between $2,000 and $14,000 per month.
