Responsibilities
  • Own inbound sales across phone, email, and chat, including lead management and proactive follow-up skills that keep opportunities moving
  • Perform customer needs analysis and deliver clear, customized product recommendations
  • Keep everything accurate and moving: CRM systems proficiency, quote creation, databases, and online tools updates, plus sales pipeline visibility
  • Execute sales pipeline and order management with strong organization, accountability, and a detail-oriented approach
Qualifications
  • Strength in consultative sales and relationship-building
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (phone, email, chat)
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office 365, CRM, database and online tool usage
Daily Momentum

Your day moves fast—in a good way. You will open your queue, prioritize follow-ups, and maintain a steady rhythm of calls, chats, and emails from shoppers exploring custom furniture. Between conversations, you will refine quotes, keep your sales pipeline current, and use CRM notes to stay sharp on every detail. You will switch gears from quick answers to deeper consultative sales moments—helping someone compare options, visualize a space, and feel sure about the next step.

As orders progress, you will stay on top of timelines and questions, keeping the experience smooth from start to finish.
