Position Summary

Advanced Air Systems is looking for an HVAC Sales Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth across our commercial HVAC operations. This role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies, preparing accurate bid proposals, and building long-term relationships with key commercial accounts. The position requires a consultative sales approach, combining technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems with strong business development skills to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

The HVAC Sales Manager is accountable for meeting quarterly sales quotas, maintaining estimating accuracy, and ensuring seamless project handoffs to the operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional bid proposals with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Implement selling and marketing strategies to penetrate and develop commercial HVAC accounts.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key commercial client accounts to generate repeat business.
  • Develop strong relationships with HVAC subcontractors and vendors.
  • Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
  • Perform sales presentations and site walks as needed.
  • Provide knowledge and consultation by developing commercial HVAC system solutions for customer needs.
  • Understand construction specifications in relationship to production, construction, and installation within the commercial HVAC industry.
  • Present weekly internal sales reports.
  • Achieve quarterly quota for bids submitted and won.
  • Maintain active participation in 2–3 networking groups.
  • Follow up on all proposals within established timelines.
