Location: Sarasota
Florida Blue Direct Sales is seeking a contract agent to support high-volume inbound calls and proactive outbound outreach. You will triage calls, capture lead information in CRM, and route to the appropriate team while complying with PHI and DNC guidelines.
This role focuses on scheduling follow-up appointments and building rapport with members and potential customers, acting as a support resource to sales agents. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends may be required.
