Role OverviewAs a Sales Consultant, you will learn our full product line, sell homes, and secure contracts. You will follow a proven sales process that can lead to a six‑figure income. The role requires dedication, including working weekends and occasional holidays.
Responsibilities- Follow a proven sales process and secure contracts for new homes.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain the sales database.
- Present products to customers and assess the local competition.
- Two (2) years of successful sales experience highly preferred; no new home sales experience required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both one‑on‑one and in front of large groups.
- Valid driver’s license;
Florida real‑estate license required.
