Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate

Compensation: Up to $65,000.00 per year or more including base salary and commissions.

Mobile Generation, the fastest-growing Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer in the Midwest, is currently looking for outgoing and ambitious Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associates to join our retail teams. You will work directly with customers, educate them on Verizon products and services, and guide them through the selection and sales process. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail, be adept at outbound activities to drive customers into locations, be goal-driven, and focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience to earn repeat business.

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on all Verizon products and services offered.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
• Handle all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers’ needs.
• Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with tasks assigned to you or the team.
• Complete all required training as directed by Mobile Generation and Verizon Wireless.
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or another wireless business.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology products, and customer service.
• Ability to travel to various locations across the Midwest as business needs dictate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
