Inside Sales Representative

Building products with a focus on decking, accessories, and hardwood sales. Well-established lumber company seeks an individual for inside sales. We specialize in exotic hardwood decking as well as hardwood lumber and flooring.

Full‑time position, Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑5:00 pm, and alternating Saturdays 8:00 am‑12:00 pm. Benefits are available after 90 days. Compensation: base of $44,000 plus commission. Leads are supplied.

• Learn and master the company’s products and operational procedures.
• Persuasively articulate product benefits to customers relative to their needs via phone.
• Learn competition to enhance sales success.
• Proactively create opportunities for new business.
• Make warm and cold calls to create new sales and identify and pursue up‑sell opportunities.
• Build relationships to foster repeat business.
• Work with operations as needed to ensure quality customer service and satisfaction.
