Paul Clark Ford is growing, and we are looking for a driven, hands‑on Showroom & Internet Sales Manager to join our leadership team.

• Lead, motivate, coach, and hold salespeople and future BDC representatives accountable.
• Directly manage a two-person BDC and ensure daily activity and appointment goals are achieved.
• Desk deals when needed as backup.
• Provide accurate reporting to the GSM and GM.

• Are a natural leader who can earn respect while maintaining clear standards.
• Are comfortable holding people accountable, even when the conversation is difficult.
• Have strong attention to detail and notice when things are being missed.
• Are highly organized and follow through on commitments.

• Internet sales or BDC management experience.
• Experience leading and developing a small team.
• Vin Solutions experience is a plus.
