• Prospect, identify, and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and community engagement
• Conduct needs-based consultations to assess clients’ financial goals and protection needs
• Present and explain various life insurance products (term, whole, universal, etc.) in a clear and professional manner
• Customize policy recommendations based on clients’ financial situations and long-term objectives
• Prepare and process insurance applications accurately and efficiently
• Follow up with clients to provide ongoing service, policy reviews, and support
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in CRM systems
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory requirements
