ISI® Elite Training – Sarasota is looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Sales Leader to join our growing team.

Our Sales Leaders play an important role in both membership growth and the member experience. You'll connect with prospective members, introduce them to ISI®, help them find the right membership, and ensure every person who walks through our doors receives an elite experience.

• Create a welcoming, high-energy experience for members and prospects
• Build genuine relationships with prospective and current members
• Respond to new leads and conduct outbound follow-up by phone, text, email, and social media
• Schedule prospects for their first ISI® session
• Introduce prospects to our training experience, community, and membership options
• Convert qualified prospects into new members
• Support membership growth, retention, referrals, and facility goals
• Maintain accurate prospect and member information
• Assist with community outreach, events, and local partnerships
• Work closely with our Facility Manager and Performance Coaches to create an exceptional member experience

• 1+ year of sales experience required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive, outgoing, and confident personality
• Goal-oriented, organized, dependable, and accountable
• Comfortable with outbound calls and prospect follow-up
• Coachable and eager to grow
• Passion for fitness and helping others
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required.
