About the OpportunityBrightway Insurance is hiring a licensed Insurance Sales Producer on behalf of Brightway, Greene Agency (Dade City, FL) in Dade City, FL. This is a full-time remote sales role with access to Brightway's national carrier network, agency support infrastructure, and uncapped earning potential.
What You'll Do- Sell personal lines insurance products (auto, home, life) to new and existing customers
- Manage your pipeline and follow up with inbound leads provided by the agency
- Consult with customers to identify the right coverage for their needs
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets in a performance-driven environment
- Licensed P&C sales agent, 1-3 years of experience
- Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to selling
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
