We manufacture mobility device lifts for vehicles and accessibility products to help those with mobility difficulties enjoy their independence and continue to make meaningful memories, whether they’re at home or on the road.

As an Inside Sales Representative you will be handling inbound leads from customers. You will consult customers over the phone on their home accessibility needs and match the correct products and benefits with the goal to convert leads into customers.

No mobility-industry experience required. If you're great with people, competitive, comfortable on the phone and eager to build a career, we'll teach you everything else.

• A Passionate Seller:
  When a lead comes in, you skillfully pick up the phone and use your sales expertise to turn prospects into happy, confident Harmar’s customers.

  You rise to the role of being an understanding and supportive advisor, you believe in what you're selling, and you enjoy connecting customers to the right products for their individual needs.

• A Diligent Worker:
  While volumes of work can fluctuate, you practice strong time management skills and have the ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time.

• At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service
• An engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
