Reporting to the Vice President of Sales for Southwest Florida, the Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue. The Sales Manager will manage a team of in-home Design Consultants in support of the company’s sales objectives.

• Develop and execute monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans including individual Design Consultants’ goals
• Hire, coach and performance monitoring of Design Consultants
• Conduct ride-a-longs to identify training and development opportunities
• Investigate lost sales opportunities and identify improvements.
• Responsible for executing a rehash program for appointments that are demoed but not sold.
• Establish and build relationships with key partners to support the training, growth and development of the market that will lead to its success
• Model high standards of integrity to create a culture that aligns with the company's core values

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma and equivalent years of sales management experience
• 5+ years' experience in an industry that sells directly to the individual consumer (No B2B), preferably in home sales.
• 3+ years' experience successfully leading sales teams in a similar environment

• Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Exceptional customer relationship skills
