What You'll DoThis is a high-volume, consultative appointment-setting position focused on turning warm leads into completed consultations.
- Make 200+ outbound calls per day to warm leads
- Handle inbound inquiries
- Ask discovery questions and build rapport
- Educate prospective clients on Bodenvy services
- Book same-day and next-day consultations
- Confidently and professionally overcome objections
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients
- Maintain strong booking and show rates
- Your primary goal: Book high-quality consultations that show up for Bodenvy Consultants.
- Outbound call center or appointment-setting experience preferred
- Comfortable making 200+ calls per day
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Persuasive, confident, and professional on the phone
- Able to provide brief overview on services Bodenvy provides and offer free consultations
- Competitive, coachable, and goal-driven
- Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
- Evening availability until 9 PM required (weekly schedule provided)
- Weekend availability required
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Stable hourly base pay
