You will conduct routine foot and mobile patrols, including bicycle patrols, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to calls for service with calm, professional communication. You will complete reports, assist riders and staff with directions and concerns, and partner with site leadership and local responders while living our values of integrity, teamwork, and care.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to riders, employees, and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government transportation location.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols of platforms, stations, parking areas, vehicles, and perimeter areas; working environments and conditions may vary by post.
- Monitor access points and verify identification, credentials, and authorized entry; assist with crowd management and queue control during peak periods and special events.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, suspicious activity, medical calls, and/or fire alarms; request additional resources as needed.
- Complete security-related reports and incident documentation, communicate observations to supervisors and client representatives, and assist law enforcement and/or first responders during investigations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have 3 or more years combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
- Have an armed guard card and/or license.
- Provide proof of a high school diploma and/or GED as required by the client.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be able to ride a bike.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
