- You will serve as the functional and technical expert within the organization and be responsible for the organization structure, effectiveness, staffing, and work methods of the Weapons Operation Center (WOC).
- You will manage the secure handling, movement, and accountability of strategic assets within a high-stakes operational environment.
- You will manage the preparation of various documents, records, and reports to demonstrate compliance with nuclear weapons accountability and control regulations and requirements during movements.
- You will serve in a command and control or direct leadership capacity during real-world emergency responses and high-fidelity operational drills.
- You will operate integrated security and environmental control platforms, actively monitoring and responding to system alerts from security monitoring systems and HVAC control interfaces to maintain safe and stable facility conditions.
- You will manage interpersonal team dynamics by resolving conflicts, addressing performance or behavioral concerns, and fostering a professional, respectful, and collaborative team culture.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
