PositionSecurity Officer – South Florida Baptist Hospital
Responsibilities- Patrol and detection services
- Assisting customers
- Response and intervention responsibilities
- Provide monitoring services to assure team member, patient and visitor safety
- Complete communication and documentation tools
- Conduct weapons screening in an appropriate manner
- Complete other duties as assigned
- Required specific skills also include life safety and weapons screening techniques

Certifications and Licensures
- Driver’s License (State of Florida)
- IAHSS (Security) – Within 1 year
- Security D – Within 90 days
- Preferred: FDLE (Law Enforcement)
Education
- High School or Equivalent
- Preferred:
Associate’s in Related Field
Experience
- 1 year Customer Service
- Preferred: 2 years Security
- Preferred: 1 year Healthcare in related field
- Preferred: 1 year in Hospital related field
