LocationThis position is located at Eglin Air Force Base (AFB), Florida, and will support the F‑35 Program.
ResponsibilitiesDuties will include but are not limited to:
- Serve as the Security Shift Operations Manager in a Special Access Program environment for the F‑35 Integrated Training Center (ITC), reporting to the Lockheed Martin F‑35 Site Security Manager.
- Act as the Security Lead in the Site Security Manager's absence.
- Manage multiple functional areas in Security, such as operational security, security education, personnel security, physical security, industrial security, investigations, and document control.
- Coordinate subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, recognition, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop, implement, and recommend modifications to operating policies, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct briefings, participate in meetings for internal and external representatives concerning specific operations.
- Perform and manage other duties as assigned; mission requirements may require alternative shift; candidate must be flexible and able to provide.
- Secret Clearance with Investigation or CV Date within 5 years; ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance in the future.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Programs (SAP) Access.
- Extensive experience providing security support in a special access program environment.
- Knowledge of DoD SAP Manuals and ICD‑705.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task and be flexible in constantly changing program requirements.
- Experience leading and managing people, teams, and resources.
- Prior L‑Code Manager experience in a Lockheed Martin Security environment (F35 L‑code experience a plus).
- Knowledge of F‑35 Program Security requirements.
- Experience as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO), assistant CPSO, or government Program Security Officer (PSO).
- Familiarization with the NISPOM and experience working in a military environment.
- Knowledgeable user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Ability to be flexible and deal with constantly changing program requirements.
- Experience leading and managing people, teams, and resources.
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.
Security Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years.
