Full Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a defense and aerospace location.
* Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities when appropriate.
* Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
* Monitor access points, verify credentials, and support the control of entry and exit for personnel, visitors, vehicles, and deliveries in accordance with site protocols.
* Support incident reporting, maintain accurate activity logs, and report maintenance issues, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations to Allied Universal management and designated site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

* Possess a valid armed guard card and/or license.
* Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
* Be at least 21 years of age.
* Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
* Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
* Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
