R&K has an opportunity to provide services to support Headquarters (HQ) AFSOC A2 to deliver specialized subject matter expertise to Air Force, USSOCOM, and AFSOC intelligence programs, supporting a comprehensive range of activities and objectives.

The Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Directorate supports and executes programs that enhance the capabilities of Air Force Special Operations Forces (AFSOF) intelligence personnel. These programs are designed to ensure intelligence personnel are equipped to deliver comprehensive and actionable intelligence services to United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) elements and subordinate commands. Program activities encompass the collection, interpretation, and timely dissemination of intelligence information gathered from multiple sources, including manned and unmanned airborne ISR platforms.

In addition to airborne collection, AFSOC ISR conducts rapid, real-time synthesis of extensive intelligence data derived from diverse sources, such as human intelligence (HUMINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), imagery intelligence (IMINT), and geospatial intelligence (GEOINT). Title :

Start Date:

Anticipated start date July 16, 2026, contingent upon award. Contractor administers and manages the Command's Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Security Management Program, ensuring compliance with all relevant national and military directives. Duties:
* Program and Policy Management:
Contractor advises on the SCI security program, implementing and maintaining policies from the Director of National Intelligence (DNI), DoD, and USAF. Develops, evaluates, and monitors procedures to protect SCI material.
* SCIF and Facilities Lifecycle:
Manages all SCI facility and temporary secure working area (TSWA) validation proceedings. Generates concept validation, pre-construction, and accreditation packages. Prepares SCIF construction specifications and security alarm/reaction plans based on IC Directive 705 and DoDM 5105.21.
* Security Operations:
Investigates SCI security infractions and prepares reports on findings. Devises risk-based, cost-effective physical security plans that minimize operational interference. Skills Required:

Education:

* A bachelor's degree in a relevant security field or related discipline.

Experience:

* 5 years hands-on personnel and information security experience out of the last 12 years.
* 5 years of additional experience supporting Air Force and Special Operations Personnel and Information Security programs.

Skills:

* Demonstrates excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Windows and office automation software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, One Drive, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat. Highly Desired: previous relevant experience in the Special Operation Forces (SOF) community is highly desired.
