Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour
Job Schedule- Tue: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
- Wed: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
- Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities in an armed post.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following post orders and reporting protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior and exterior areas, perimeter points, and restricted zones, noting unusual conditions and/or suspicious activity.
- Verify access permissions for employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries at entry and exit points, helping to support authorized access control procedures in a defense-related environment.
- Maintain assigned armed post equipment, complete required activity and incident documentation, and communicate clearly with Allied Universal leadership and/or local contacts regarding security-related concerns.
- Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
- Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Be at least 21 years old (for armed roles).
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
