Overview
SECURITY OFFICER / GATEHOUSE ATTENDANT – LIDO BEACH
Capital Protection and Investigations, Inc. (CPI) is seeking a professional and dependable Security Officer for a luxury beachfront property on Lido Beach.
Schedule- Monday – Friday
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- $19.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience)

- Control access at the community gatehouse
- Verify resident and visitor entry
- Monitor security cameras and property activity
- Conduct routine patrols as required
- Maintain detailed activity and incident reports
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests
- Respond professionally to incidents and emergencies
- Communicate effectively with property management and residents
- Valid Florida Class "D" Security Officer License (Required)
- Minimum of 3 years of security experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Prior Law Enforcement experience
- Military experience
- Experience working in upscale residential communities, condominiums, or gatehouse environments
