Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a government location;
Screen visitors, staff, and/or contractors entering the location through credential checks, visitor processing, and inspection of permitted items in accordance with post procedures;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to supervisors and/or appropriate personnel;
Monitor entry points and public areas to help to deter unauthorized access, support orderly movement of people, and report security-related concerns;
Maintain required logs, screening records, and/or incident documentation, and follow established policies for reporting, escalation, and post activity
