We are hiring security professionals to work in Little Haiti, FL. As a Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government. The Security Officer will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers.

• Professional hospitality presence when interacting with tenants and visitors

• Ability to conduct structured patrols and identify irregularities
• Preparedness to respond to emergencies and critical incidents

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Location:

Miami Beach, FL

Full‑Time:
Monday–Thursday, 8:30 am–6:00 pm

• Valid Florida Security License (D License)
• 1–2 years of security experience
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle
• High‑rise office buildings in corporate environment
• Residential luxury properties
• Security operations requiring both service and enforcement
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons
• Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits
• Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property and ensure that authorized removal of property is conducted within appropriate client requirements
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain written logs as required by the post
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner & make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site post orders
