Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout campus buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues;
Monitor access points and campus activity, assist with directions and general information, and communicate with site contacts and local responders when needed;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols;
Deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment
