Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, reporting security-related concerns to site leadership and/or emergency personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, offering directions and assistance while following site protocols for entry, restricted areas, and after-hours access;
Support hospital and clinic operations by assisting with de-escalation, traffic flow, and incident response during busy periods, deliveries, and/or medical-related emergencies
