Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a utility location;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas, reporting unusual conditions or maintenance concerns;
Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and incident documentation;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and escalating concerns to appropriate personnel;
Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence and promptly reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and security-related concerns
