Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Armed Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control requirements, and emergency response activities at a utility location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of utility facilities, grounds, perimeter areas, access points, and parking areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor and control access to restricted areas, verify credentials and authorization, and maintain accurate logs and reports of activities, incidents, and observations;
Assist with emergency preparedness procedures, including response to severe weather, power-related incidents, and other site emergencies, while coordinating with onsite personnel and responding agencies as appropriate
