Part-Time Security Officer

Schedule:

• Saturday & Sunday
• 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• Part-Time (16 hours/week)

Pay Rate:

• $16.50 per hour

Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and professional Security Officer to provide overnight security coverage at a residential condominium community. The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work independently, and quick to respond to situations while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Valid Florida Class D Security License
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Reliable and punctual
• Quick thinker with strong situational awareness
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Residential security experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation preferred

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the property and conduct routine patrols
• Control access and greet residents and guests professionally
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
• Complete accurate activity and incident reports
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents and visitors
