Armed Patrol Security Officer

Allied Universal is hiring an Enhanced Part-Time Armed Security Officer to patrol and protect client properties. In this cleared role, you'll conduct armed foot and vehicle patrols, monitor access points, and respond to alarms and incidents. Responsibilities include enforcing site procedures, operating CCTV and radios, and writing detailed reports. You'll interact with clients and visitors, ensuring safety while delivering professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct armed patrols of assigned facilities and perimeters to deter and detect security threats
• Monitor entrances, exits, and critical areas; verify credentials and enforce access control procedures
• Respond quickly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies; assess situations and take appropriate action
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and activity reports and maintain daily logs
• Operate security technology such as CCTV, alarms, and communication devices in compliance with protocols
• Collaborate with clients, teammates, and public safety personnel to resolve security issues
• Follow all use-of-force, weapons-handling, and safety policies; maintain required clearances
• Provide professional customer service to employees, visitors, and the public while enforcing rules
