Crew Leader, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

Responsibilities

• Demolition work, including drywall removal, flooring removal, and handling materials affected by water, mold, and fire damage.
• Perform equipment checks.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours jobs.
• Interact with customers.

• Team player.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to be on call and respond to after‑hours work during assigned shift.
• At least 2 years of experience in the restoration field.

Pay is $21.00–$27.50 per hour based on experience. Additional compensation includes hazard pay and after‑hours pay.
